Our Story
Realizing a Shared Vision for New England Living
Evergreen Tiny Homes LLC was founded in May 2026 by Jen and Gary in Rochester, NH. Our mission is direct: solve the local housing crisis by providing high-quality, hand-crafted Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). We believe homeownership shouldn’t be out of reach for young professionals or seniors due to skyrocketing market prices. By building intentional, durable tiny homes, we offer a path to equity and independence.
 

Who We Are
We are a dedicated husband-and-wife startup operating from a backyard workshop. Jen, a current healthcare executive, brings strategic leadership and precision to our operations. Gary, a third-generation builder and Master Electrician, ensures every technical detail is handled in-house with expert craftsmanship. Together, we blend professional strategy with manual expertise to create exceptional living spaces.
 

Project Status & Models
We are currently in the development phase, building our first prototype, The Cedar. This 24-foot lofted model features 2x6 construction and a modern country aesthetic designed for the New England climate but made for anywhere. Coming in 2027, The Balsam will offer a 30-foot single-level design for those seeking accessibility without stairs. Both models provide a customizable, high-quality framework for personalized living.
 

Our Vision
Optimized for use as ADUs, our homes help property owners increase value or house loved ones while navigating local zoning. Our ultimate goal is the development of a dedicated tiny home community that serves the hard-working people of New Hampshire and Maine.
